. I need to know how I get QBO to include the non cash taxable benefit to be included in the gross wage so that my pension calculation is correct! My pension plan takes 8.61% of the gross wage to be payable to the plan, but it is not including the

.  I need to know how I get QBO to include the non cash taxable benefit to be included in the gross wage so that my pension calculation is correct!  My pension plan takes 8.61% of the gross wage to be payable to the plan, but it is not including the taxable benefit in the gross play so my pension plan calculation is incorrect.

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online payroll is a great program that gives you the ability to set employee deductions and contributions.  I'd be glad to help. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend contacting our support team outside of the community. They'll be able to point you in the right direction on this. Here are the options available to reach out to our team. 

 

  • Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
