I need to track mileage based on my fiscal year, not calendar year. How can I do that?

It's important that all your trips be correctly entered for your mileage to be calculated. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of trips so you can classify them as either personal or related to business. I can provide some information about mileage tracking.

In QuickBooks Online, the mileage tracking is shown in calendar years, and there isn't the option to show it in a fiscal year view. I can see how having that information shown in the fiscal year could be a feature that you'd like to see to be able to compare to other financial reports. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when designing new features for the program.
