Hi there,

Running your business with QuickBooks Online is made even easier with the help of your accountant. I'm glad to hear you're connected with a ProAdvisor so that you can collaborate with a bookkeeping professional. If you're trying to access your bank statements for them and you're having issues, I'd be happy to explain a few steps to try in order to get back on track.

The option to review bank statements during the reconciliation process is available to all QBO Plus users. This is a newer feature that helps make your reconciliation process run more smoothly. It's essential to make sure you're using the Plus level of QBO in order to access this tool. If you're not using QBO Plus and you'd like to upgrade, you can do so quite easily by clicking the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Upgrade Subscription

If you're already using QBO Plus and you're still having trouble viewing your bank statements, ensure that your bank is on the list of supported Financial Institutions for this feature. Only select banks have enabled this option for QBO. You can review that information here: Get bank statements directly from your bank when you reconcile

If the issue persists, try the following browser troubleshooting steps to restore your browser health:

1. Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser.

2. Try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome.

3. Use a different browser.

If you're still in need of assistance after following the steps listed above, please reach out to our tech support team so an agent can investigate this further.

Cheers.
