I recevied download notification for QB Desktop Pro but am unable to sign into account as email address is not recognized.

Hi Tobyn,

 

At QuickBooks we try and keep our customers updated on all new updates and releases through email. I can help point you in the right direction to get this resolved.

 

Usually an email address not being recognized is due to no online account being made with that email. You still get notified however because of the email you have set up for billing and account notifications. But don't worry, we have you covered with this.

 

If the download notification was for the payroll update you can do this directly from your QuickBooks Desktop Pro by going to Help>Update QuickBooks Desktop>Update Now>Get Updates. Once the updates are complete you will need to close the program to install the updates.
