Question

I tried to download bank transactions for a period that is missing, The only file type that I can sellect from my financial institution is CSV, and Intuit QB. I tried both, however, I get error that the file type is not correct

I'm glad to see you're being so proactive in getting all your transactions imported! Using bank files is the best way to bring in an extended time range, so you can be confident you'll always have a detailed history of your financial accounts. The format of choice to address issues with files is CSV. This allows you to easily make changes to the file to ensure it's compatible.
