Welcome 123146161725274!

Manually importing transactions into QuickBooks Online in one batch is a valuable time saver.  However, the outcome you've described is concerning.  I would be glad to help!

Before proceeding with the import process, you'll want to ensure your spreadsheet headings are aligned with QuickBooks Online as such;  Debits/Spent and Credits/Received.  I suggest manually uploading your transactions again.  However, you'll need to exclude the previously uploaded transactions to prevent duplicate entries.  Here's how;

1. From the Review tab, checkmark the box beside all entries incorrectly imported

2. Select Exclude

Note: You can permanently delete the transactions from the Excluded tab by selecting all items and then hit Delete. This process is irreversible and any transactions deleted in error will need to be recreated manually.

One the items have been removed, you can import your transactions again, making note of the associated column heading in QuickBooks.

Please don't hesitate to reach back out , if you have other questions.  We would be happy to assist!
