I’ve been tracking my mileage and now all of a sudden it’s not on my phone any more. How do I get it back?

Tracking your mileage is made so simple with QuickBooks Online. This feature allows you to track your trips as you drive using the mobile app, and it's essential that this feature is working as intended. It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with the app itself, which can likely be resolved by completing a few troubleshooting steps.

If you're still not seeing the Mileage tool, try clearing the app's cache. The steps to do this will depend on which phone you're using, but this is typically found in your general settings, in the section for Apps.
