I want the email template my friend have on his QBO account

One of the many valuable features in QuickBooks Online, is creating customized forms.  Once you select the desired form, you can customize the layout, appearance, header/footer sections and personalize your email message.  The template can be used for invoices, sales receipts or estimates and can be set as your default template.  Here's a guide to assist you through the process of customizing forms in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for reaching back out.  I'll gladly provide additional information so you're able to ensure you have the template you desire for your business.  

Here's how to select a template: 

1. Click on the Gear ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.

2. Select New style

3. Click on Dive in with a template

4. Next, select Make logo edits

5. +Add your logo and choose the Size and Placement

6. Open Splash on some colour

7. Choose your Font

8. Hit Preview PDF

9. When you're satisfied with the result, Hit Done

In addition, you can also create your own custom form style and import it into QuickBooks Online.
