Setting up an email address is a great way to quickly send invoices to customers and orders to vendors. I can help get your email address updated so you can get back to business.

 

QuickBooks Desktop makes it easy to link your email address to your company file. In order to link your email to QuickBooks Desktop you can follow these steps: Edit>Preferences>Send Forms. From there you can remove your old email by selecting it in the list and clicking delete. If you're using outlook and its installed locally on your computer you'll see an option that says outlook to select which will link your outlook to QuickBooks. You can also use webmail by selecting it at the top and clicking add at the bottom. You can follow the steps in this article on how to set up a webmail email.
