Question

I want to delete a timesheet field. When I click on it to delete, it says, "this field was imported from Quickbooks". But there is no option to delete it in Quickbooks?

I am not getting the 3 dots next to service to be able to delete this category from my timesheet. In addition, it's forcing me to chose a customer, and I don't need my employees to chose a customer, so I want this category also deleted. How can I do this?

Based on what you've described, I encourage you to check out the following article that shows you how to: Delete timesheets out of QBO weekly timesheets. In case you're having display issues, I highly recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. This is a great way to fix minor display issues your browser may be experiencing.
