I want to export all sales data from the year 2022 to my accountant so he can do my taxes. How do I go about this?

Ask him to signup for a QBO Accountant CA account to access yours. You don't have to bother exporting anything.

You can add your accountant to your books by going to the My Accountant tab of your QuickBooks account.
