I want to implement a CRM tool where I can post a survey after our service is complete as well as introduce a drip campaign and booking agent. Can I do this through QB?

If you are using the ticketing system, you may find the customer satisfaction survey as one of the available features. But should you prefer using a CRM app, you need to integrate with another survey app. You will put the CRM app as the central node and sync it with your QBO account and the survey app.
