Question

I wanted to remove an accountant but accidently removed my login to the company I do books for. How do I enable my login again? The owner can still log in and I am still an admin to his file.

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you have access to your QuickBooks Online account so you can complete your daily tasks in a timely fashion.  I'll be happy to help!

 

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds as though you've accidentally removed yourself as a user on the account.  In this situation, you can easily be given back user access by having the Primary Admin on the account, invite you back to the books.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
