You can connect with our Support Team to check the duplicate charge you've received. I'll guide you on how.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with support:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET
    • Call us. M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.
