I was having trouble with the app so I deleted it and re installed, now all of my account info has been wiped out

Hi there selltroy-hotmail,

 

It's important for all your transactions to be properly entered in your books so that you can view your company's information. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your books that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. I can provide some information about missing information.

 

In order to view the entirety of your account and to try on another device, I recommend trying to log into QuickBooks Online on a computer. This can be accomplished by navigating to qbo.ca and clicking on the Sign-in option found in the top right.

 

If the data still isn't showing up in your account, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community, They'll be able to view your account with you in a secure setting in order to see exactly what happened to the transactions. You can reach them using one of these ways:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat
