I wish to download mileage data to Quickbooks Essentials from Self Employed. Can you provide direction to do that?

Hello iscotthere,

I'm glad to hear you'll be sticking with QuickBooks as you switch platforms! QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed are both great, but it's important that you pick the one that meets your needs and budget as a business owner. I'm happy to go over the options with you.

At this time, there isn't a way to import mileage data into QuickBooks Online. While exporting your mileage log from QuickBooks Self-Employed is an option, this is for you to keep in your records. In order to ensure your mileage details are included in QuickBooks Online, please manually enter this data.

I've got a few articles below that can help you with this process, as well as a community question from someone with a similar request.

Take some time to review those links and let me know if you need further clarification!
