I know tax season is upon us, so it makes sense to want to download a copy of the 2020 tax details calculated in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Not only is it useful for reference when filing your taxes, but it's also good for your records in general. I can absolutely help you with obtaining this information.

Downloading your tax details from QuickBooks Self-Employed is as easy as downloading a report of those details. I'll show you how to get the summary and details reports just so you know how to access both. Here is a step-by-step walkthrough in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

1. Select Reports from the left menu.
2. Scroll to the Tax summary and Tax details reports.
3. Change the year for the data using the dropdown menu.
4. For the Tax details, select the down arrow beside View and choose Download.
5. For the Tax details, click Download.

You'll note that the Tax summary report downloads as a PDF, but if you go with the Tax details report, the download will be in an Excel file format. Feel free to download the one or both of those reports as needed and you should be good to go!
