Hi there, Sherry Lynn. I can share with you some insights about setting up the default cheque type when printing your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Every time you print cheques in QBO, the system asked you to select the type whether it's a voucher or standard. Usually, once you've clicked on the Print setup tab and choose Standard under Select the type of cheques you use, the preceding cheques will print in standard form.

However, making it as default for all of your cheques even after refreshing your account or reopening QuickBooks again is currently available. You may consider sending your feedback about this feature to our product engineers through your QBO account. Rest assured their working nonstop to enhance the product and deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then click on Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development Team to help improve your experience in QBO.
