Question

If I choose a "class" when reviewing receipts QBO not recognizing that I have done so, gives an error message "no class chosen" anyone know why? worked before...

This seems like a glitch as it did not occur before this week but I am not sure how to diagnose the problem

When QuickBooks Online isn't working properly it can be due to your browsers health. To fix this you'll need to clear your cache and cookies by following the steps in this article. Once you clear the cache and cookies you'll need to restart your internet browser for it to take effect. Once that's done it's also recommended to try opening QuickBooks Online in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.
