If I have a bank feed that is not working and I import the transactions manually will the transactions be duplicated when the feed is fixed?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Making sure you are entering your transactions correctly is an important step in maintaining clean books. I would be happy to provide some information. 

 

When manually uploading transactions, there shouldn't be any duplicate transactions. Once the bank feed error is resolved, and your able to connect your account, you can chose to select from which date the transactions are imported. However, if you see any duplicate transactions, you can follow the steps in this helpful guide to exclude the duplicate transactions. I hope this helps! 

 

In addition, if your unable to connect your bank to QuickBooks,  I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and trying again. If you're still unable to connect, and if you haven't reached out to the support team outside of the Community, I encourage you to do so by following one of these methods:
