Im trying to add an accountant to the quick books but it says oops, something went wrong on our end, please try again. I try again and it doesnt work

It's a great idea to collaborate with your accountant in managing your business finances. I'll be happy to get you back on track. QuickBooks Online lets you invite up to two accountants to your company profile. If you're seeing an error during the process, start by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. This will help delete old files that can interfere with site loading and functionality.

If that doesn't work, make sure that the accountant was not invited already. If that's the case, cancel the previous invitation and start fresh. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Select the gear icon
2. Select Manage users
3. Select Accounting firms
4. Under the ACTION column, select the little arrow then pick DELETE from the drop-down menu
5. Select Delete
6. Resend the invite
