IM TRYING TO ADD ANOTHER SUPPLIER. WHEN I PRESS "ENTER" THE BOX IS BLANK

Thank you for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community with your question. QuickBooks Online is a comprehensive program; however, it's still a program, and occasionally you'll hit a snag. This may be as simple as clearing your cache and cookies. I can guide you through this.

 

Your internet browser downloads cookies into your cache every time you open a webpage. When your cache gets overloaded, it begins disrupting communication in internet-based programs like QuickBooks online. 

 

Here are the steps for troubleshooting your internet browser:

As you complete each step, you may have to log out or back into your QuickBooks Online account and check your ability to enter a new supplier.
