Im trying to import non-inventory items via an excel spreadsheet but theyre coming in as inventory?

Let's import your items again to verify the correct type.

1. Click Gear, then click Import Data again.
2. Click Products and Services. Then, Browse your Excel spreadsheets.
3. Click Next.
4. Map your fields with QuickBooks fields. Then, click Next.
5. Make sure to select the correct Type.
6. Put a mark next to the Overwrite all values for each products or service that you import with the identical name box.
7. Click Import.

Once done, go back to your item lists to check your imported items. Just click Gear, and then Products and Services.
