In my Quickbooks Accountant Online, I am missing the section Monthly / Quarterly Forms section where I print my PD7A each month. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have been printing these monthly for several companies for years, so I know I am in the correct location. Has there been a change in the last month as to where the PD7A is available to print?

Hi MTKeller,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  Making sure you're able to locate your monthly statement of source deductions in QuickBooks Online, is something I'd be glad to assist you with!

 

Here's how to locate the PD7A;

1. Open the Payroll tax center and select the Payments tab

2. Choose All payments resources, located at the bottom of the screen

4. Click on Remittance forms (monthly), then PD7A

6. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to Select the tax period

7. Hit View

You're all set!
