In Quickbooks desktop - how do I find a list of entries made last week?

Being able to keep track of what was entered and by who is a great way to catch any mistakes and make sure everything has been entered. I'd be happy to help you with pulling up a list of your entries.

The simplest way to pull up a list of previous entries in QuickBooks Desktop would be to use the Audit Trail report. This report shows you all the entries and edits that were made within the timeframe that you select. In order to pull up the Audit Trail you'll need to go to: Reports>Accountant & Taxes>Audit Trail.
