A customer sent his Interac e-transfer payment to the Quickbooks email address on the invoice notificiation.   The etransfer is password protected, but he is saying the transaction has been processed.  How is this possible and is there anything I can do to have it looked into?  Thank you!

Hello Gregg582,

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks offers the flexibility you need to manage and record your payments. It's essential you're able to receive the e-transfer that was sent to you by your customer. Don't worry, I'll be happy to point you in the right direction with this.

It's important to note that, in order to receive the e-transfer payment from your customer, they'd need to send it to an email that you can access and accept the e-transfer. Once you've accepted the e-transfer, you can manually record the payment in QuickBooks. Here's a helpful article that goes over how to record payments using QuickBooks.

Let me know if this info helps. You're more than welcome to reach back to me in the comments below with more info so we're both on the same page. Otherwise, I wish you a great rest of the week!
