Intuit server failure

Intuit needs to be available 24/7 to deal with functional errors at their end. Business does not stop at 6pm EST. Why is there no communication from Intuit when their service is failing....ie. tonight's server failure...

Welcome back to the Community. Dealing with error messages isn't the outcome I'd like for you to have. Rest assured,  I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction with this. 

 

When dealing with errors in QuickBooks I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser in order to remedy the error message. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.
