Can someone recommend an app that clients can scan invoices to, and then the data is captured and exported to Quickbooks Desktop 2020 Canadian version please. Similar to what Receipt Bank or Hubdoc would do for the online version.

Apps are a fantastic way to enhance what QuickBooks Desktop has to offer and gives you and your clients the opportunity to explore other ways to enter transactions. Being able to scan invoices would certainly be an asset to data-entry. As a member of the QuickBooks Team, I'm not able to recommend a specific app for you, but I can show you where to find them.

The Apps for QuickBooks Desktop page gives you the option to search for apps that are compatible with QuickBooks Desktop to meet the needs of your and your clients. The only thing to keep in mind with this page is that it lists apps for all regions of QuickBooks Desktop, so it'll be best to double-check with the app's contact or support team if it's not clear about whether it connects to the Canadian edition.

Feel free to brows the options and see what's right for you. Others might still chime in on this thread with their recommendations too, so keep an eye out for that!
