Invoice filters

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  The QuickBooks Online app is a dynamic way to complete your goals while on-the-go.  I'd be glad to assist!

Here are the steps to filter invoices for a specific date range:

1. Open the QBO mobile app on your device.
2. Navigate to the “Sales” section.
3. Click the filter menu to open it.
4. Enter the beginning and end dates under “From” and “To” to set your desired date range.
5. Select “Apply” to filter the list and view invoices within that specific year.

By doing this, you'll narrow any given list of invoices down so that only ones with an invoice date falling in your entered date range will display.
