Invoice Title

Hi all,
I want to be able to edit my invoices to have a proper title. Currently, between my business address and my client address, the invoice just says, "INVOICE". I can find how to edit this field via template cusomization, but I would prefer to be able to change this title while making the invoice and not by customizing the template. Preparing multiple invoices at a time is a thing and I don't need to be changing the template (the obvious workaround) when switching back and forth. This can cause issues (mis-titling invoices) especially if preparing multiple invoices for the same client. I want to make the title a brief description of the job. The memo field at the bottom is far too out of the way and small in print.
In the attached image of the sample invoice, I want to replace the circled "INVOICE" field with titles, such as, "Demolition of such-and-such at [address]" or "Baseboard Installation" etc. This becomes especially pertinent when I'm invoicing for addresses that are different than the billing address, ie. sub-contracting at multiple sites for a single client.
This seems like a necessary basic feature, am I missing something?
