Invoicing and saving as Draft

I completed a Invoice and Pressed Send......a message came up saying ooops something went wrong try again later. I clicked to Save Draft but when I went back to invoices to Drafts it was gone!!! Very frustrating having to it over and over again.

As a Cloud software, QuickBooks Self-Employed is heavily reliant on browser and app cache as well as Internet connection and capabilities. The best ways to prevent these kinds of hiccups is to ensure that your cache is clear and that you're using a supported browser. You can learn about both of those things below.

If you're still having trouble, I encourage you to get in touch with QuickBooks Self-Employed support. There could be something bigger going on that our agents will have to take a look into. They'll be able to troubleshoot with you further and let you know what steps to take. Here's how to reach them.

  1. Select the Assistant feature.
  2. Type and enter "talk to human."
  3. Follow the prompts to reach an agent.
