Invoicing App

Hi. I have a client who runs a mobile auto windshield replacement company and we are looking for a user-friendly invoicing app that will integrate with my QuickBooks Desktop Pro. This app will be used by multiple people. QB Onlline in NOT an option as all staff members have access to account balances which the owner does not want. The opp is only needed for online invoicing. We are located in Canada. Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

    Using a third party app for invoicing lets you customize your QuickBooks Desktop experience to better suit your needs. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to look for apps that might help.

     

    In order to find a third party app that'll work with your QuickBooks Desktop pro I recommend checking out our third party apps page. I suggest reading the customers comments and also making sure if any app you pick also works with your version and country of QuickBooks. Once you find one you need you'll need to use web connector to sync the app with QuickBooks Desktop. You can follow the steps in this article on how to set up and use Web connector.
