Question

Is anyone else experiencing QBO "hanging" when starting a transaction such as a sales receipt? I'm finding this is a huge waste of time. Internet is a good speed.

The green swirl comes up and, unless the page is refreshed, it continues that way. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, thank you for your reply. 

After clearing my cache and cookies, I'm still experiencing frequent "hangs". 

Also, is there a reason why when I do a new sales receipt for an existing customer, that sometimes the email and billing information do not auto-populate? I'm wondering if there is a connection between the two.
