Is anyone else having trouble with ATB bank account syncing with QBO? Tried multiple times to get in touch with QBO Tech support and nothing. It's not a problem with ATB.

QBO thinks my bank account has been closed. Nope. My log in details work just fine on the ATB log in page. QBO chat function is off line and has been for how long? Requested a call back from QBO 3 different times. The website said the wait was 5-10 mins for a call back, I waited an hour each time and got did not get a call.

Hi leadshotconsulta.

 

Being able to connect your bank to your QuickBooks Online account is a great way to make sure your transactions are up to date and reconciliations can be done quickly. I can help go over what's currently going on with the connection to ATB.

 

Currently there is a known issue with the connection to ATB due to the new security features that have been implemented. Our technicians are aware of this and working with ATB to get this resolved. In the meantime you can still manually upload your bank transactions by following the steps in this article. Once you upload the transactions you should look through them to make sure there are no duplicates. If there are you can follow this article on how to exclude them from your list.
