Question

Is anyone having issue connecting their business accounts to QB online? Mine was working just fine for the past few months, but can no longer find the business ones

When I try to reconnect the accounts it can only locate my personal accounts, not the business ones. However all of my business accounts were previously connected with no issues. This is with RBC.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. Its important that you're able to keep your bank accounts connected without running into any issues. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser, as it may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.

 

If the issue persist, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
