Is anyone having issues with their bank account syncing today?

Hi there, 

 

The bank feed is such a helpful tool in QuickBooks Online. Having the ability to connect your QBO account to your online banking platform means that you'll never have to worry about missing transactions. If you're having issues with your bank feed updating automatically, follow the troubleshooting steps below. 

 

First, try triggering a manual update. To do this, click the Banking tab on the left menu, then click Update. If this doesn't update the bank feed, continue with some browser troubleshooting. 

Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up over time and bog you down. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

 

You can also try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in private. You can also try an alternative browser all together.
