Hello there, Gwen.

I want to share some insights with you about this system requirement concern.

Don't worry, there aren't any updates about QuickBooks not supporting Windows 10 and onwards anytime soon. Our system requirements for QuickBooks Online specifically requires Windows 10, Intel Core i3 or a comparable processor (2013 or newer) with at least 2 GB of RAM.

See our updated system requirements here: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

However, if you're using Internet Explorer for QuickBooks, please know that this is no longer a supported browser. Internet Explorer 11 will go out of support on June 15, 2022 for certain operating systems. This means, you can no longer use it for accessing your QBO account,

You'll need to upgrade to Microsoft Edge or use other supported browsers such as, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Samsung.
