Is QuickBooks having trouble downloading transactions from RBC? I can log into my accounts fine through the website but transactions will not download to QB.

Hi there, 

 

It's important you're able to connect your bank to QuickBooks so you can sync your transactions. There's currently a known issue with connecting your RBC bank account to QuickBooks. Rest assured, our engineers are working diligently to get you back on track ASAP. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your transactions so you don't get behind on your work. You can import your transactions using .CSV files and here's a great article which shows you how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
