Is there a function of QBO to give permission to an manager to fill in timesheets of all employee, rather than give permission to each employee to fill in their own working hour timesheet?

Hi there JANECCC1,

 

It's vital for all your employees to have their hours correctly entered so that they can receive the correct amount of money for their hours worked. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of hours your employees worked so that it can be entered into payroll. I can provide some information about entering time.

 

In QuickBooks Online, time activities such as a Weekly Timesheet or a Single Time Activity can be entered by a Time tracking user for their own time card, or an Admin level user can enter the time activities for any employee. This can be done by clicking on the +New Button, then Single Time Activity or Weekly Timesheet.
