Is there a listing of potential updates or changes that users can view or perhaps vote for?

Recently had support assist me for an issue and after getting some guidance I was told to submit my suggestion for a change in the software via the feedback button.  I appreciate that I can leave feedback (for various items) but I've never seen anything done about what I've suggested.  It makes me wonder what exactly is "on the docket" for possible change or improvement. 

 

Is there an online list that users can view the items which have been put forth as possible changes or suggested improvements? 

 

Perhaps there could be an option for users to "vote" for suggestions or ideas which could be tallied by the developers to see just what we (the users) are interested in having fixed, changed or altered.

Glad to have you message us again. I'll be happy to share more info so you ca continue to use QuickBooks with confidence. The program is designed to help you streamline your accounting using the powerful features offered in the program. 

 

At this time, there isn't a listing of potential updates or changes available. That being said, this is great feedback for our engineers and I recommend sending this to them by clicking on the Gear icon > Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you.

 

In the meantime, feel free to ask other questions. I'm here to help point you towards the right direction.

Thanks James.  I have offered up feedback many times with various suggestions but not getting feedback or seeing any of my suggestions come to fruition makes me think it's a waste of my time.  I will admit that as a user of QBO I am less and less willing to put forth more feedback as I have no idea if it is actually making a difference or if it's actually being received/considered.  It would be nice to have an online list that showcases what ideas or suggestions have been made.  There could be other users who haven't thought about a particular change and seeing it might garner more feedback from other users.  It would also be nice to see what the developers are working on for future updates - this could give users a chance to find out what might change before the actual change happens.  You know, a kinda heads-up of things in the pipeline.
