is there a way to expand all "blue data" within the help topic answers to make sure all info. gets printed in full all at once?

Welcome to Community!  It's nice to hear that you're using the help feature in QuickBooks Desktop,  to accomplish your goals in a timely fashion.  

To print the item, right-click on the article to open it in a new tab.  This will enable you to 'select' the information you need, or print the document in it's entirety.
