Is there a way to hide zero quantity on hand on the product/service list? Online is different than Desktop in that it is missing the check box to filter out 0 quantity.

Keeping track of your inventory is essential in order to run your business smoothly. If you previously used QuickBooks Desktop, then QuickBooks Online will be a bit of an adjustment. Using the cloud-based program is a different user experience, and I can see why you'd be comparing it to what you're used to in QuickBooks Desktop. 

In regards to the Products/Services list, QuickBooks Online allows you to see the products that are out of stock, however you're not able to exclude those products from the list. At the top of the Products/Services page, you'll see items that are low stock, and items out of stock. You'll also see a "0" in the "QTY on Hand" column. 

At this time, you're not able to hide these products from the list unless you make them inactive. If you'd like to make the product/service inactive, simply click the small drop-down menu next to Edit, then click Make inactive. Then, click the small drop-down menu next to the filter icon above the products/services list, and select "Active". This will remove inactive items from the list.
