is there a way to track the completion of an invoice?

Often have to order in or delivery product at a later date and need a way to track which ones have been delivered and which have not been. Has quickbooks developed a way to do this yet?

Hey there s_reynolds,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have. It allows you to create and send invoices to your customers. I can provide some information about tracking invoice progress.

 

Currently, there isn't an option that allows you to track the delivery progress for your invoices. One option you have is to browse through the 3rd party apps that we have in QuickBooks to see if there is something that may help you. If this interests you, you can find these apps by logging into your account and clicking on the APPS tab at the bottom of the navigation bar. I can see how having this feature would be beneficial for you and your company. I recommend leaving feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered as our developers create new updates and feature for QuickBooks.
