Hi there,

You've come to the right place for help. I'll be happy to give you a hand and share more info on how to transfer your info back to QuickBooks Desktop.

In order to transfer your files back to Desktop, you'll have to manually export your data out of QuickBooks Online. Here are the steps:

Export Reports:

  1.     Select the Gear icon on the toolbar.
  2.     Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3.     On the Reports tab, set the desired date range.
  4.     Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5.     Select Export to Excel.

If you're looking to export more files, I recommend checking out this helpful article using this link: Export reports, lists, and more. If you need further assistance with this, I recommend calling our phone support team at 1-877-772-9158. One of our reps will be happy to give you a hand. The hours of operation are 24/7 so you can call at your earliest convenience. Let me know if you have other questions. I'll be here.

hi @kim48 ,

The company only provides the feature for US version.

You may consider to convert it manually with a 3rd party data migration tools.

Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

Just my 2 cents.
