Question

Is there not a better way of just clicking on the print icon and having your printer print the document or report or check?

Printing seems such an inefficient method with QuickBooks. Multiple clicks to get to printing. It turns it into a PDF and then you have to download the PDF and then you have to open the PDF and then you have to print the PDF.   Is there not a better way? Like click on the PRINT Button and the printer prints?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides an abundance of time saving features, so you can complete your daily bookkeeping tasks seamlessly.  I would be glad to assist!

 

When you're ready to print a report, right-click the within the report and select Print.  In addition, you can click on the print icon, located in the top right of the report.  This will bring you to your Report print settings, where you can choose to Email, Save as PDF, or Print.

Her question was obviously not answered here.  WHY do we have to push print 4 times for a print to occur when printing customer INVOICES..  We choose print, then choose print, then choose print then choose print for 1 PRINT TO OCCUR.  Is there ANYWHERE to change this to 1 push print to achieve a SIMPLE INVOICE PRINT
