is this a scam
Hello. i called a QB phone number 1-888-676-3250 where i was try to get some support for an upgrade. re the following i am not sure if i called a scam.
i immediately got through (which shocked me). they answered that it was QB but the first prompt was 'if you want IDR' press 1, and that was the only prompt. i got through and spoke to someone but then i had an incoming call and he gave me a phone number to call back to. both the quick response and the fact that he said to call him back concerns me. is anyone familiar with this? Thanks in advance.
