Is trying to match a transaction to my accounts payable not included in the QuickBooks Online EasyStart subscription? I get a "Were Sorry..." error.

Hello, 

 

Matching your bank feed transactions with entries made in QuickBooks is a feature offered in all 3 levels of QuickBooks Online. I know how handy it is to be able to link these transactions together, and I want to make sure you're able to do so without running into error messages. I'll explain a few troubleshooting steps below. 

 

If you're getting an unexpected error message, it's possible you've got some stored Internet data causing bugs in your account. Don't worry, you can clear your cache and cookies easily by following these steps: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? 

If you're still noticing the error, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of the browser, and it's often used to resolve browser issues. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in private. You can also try using an alternative browser all together.
