Issue w/ TD Canada Trust bank sync. Transactions from other accounts are going to the wrong QBO account. Maybe due to recent change in bank website. Reconnect doesnt help

Hi ken-calupitan,

 

I appreciate you reaching out to us here, with regards to your TD bank transactions and how they're updating in QuickBooks Online.  In review of this issue, I have found this has also been reported by other customers, and has been escalated for further investigation with our Development Team.    At this time, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community, so they can add you to the list of affected users, and ensure you receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved.

 

In the interim, you can exclude the previously uploaded transactions, so your account remains aligned with your bank.  Here's how;

 

1. Open Transactions, then Bank transactions from the left menu

2. Click on the blue tile for the appropriate bank/credit card account, then select the For review tab and checkmark the box beside all incorrect entries

2. Hit Exclude 

Note: You can permanently delete the transactions from the Excluded tab by selecting all items and then hit Delete. This process is irreversible and any transactions deleted in error will need to be recreated manually.

 

In addition, you can manually upload your transactions by following the steps here.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
