Question

It has been 5 days since I have been able to update bank transactions. Calling Help is a waste of time as they know very little. Is anyone else experience this.

Welcome to Community!  When you're unable to update your transactions, it can have a negative impact on your day.  There are times when financial institutions become disconnected with QuickBooks Online, that require an investigation with our Development Team.  When this happens, you can review the QuickBooks Online Bank Feed status updates here.  In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions, so your accounts remain up to date. 

 

In addition, you can learn how to troubleshoot and fix online banking errors by following this link.  If the issue persists, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They'll be able to gather additional information, and escalate it to our Development Team for further investigation, so you can update your transactions as soon as possible!
