Looking for some support with items in QBD. I have a company that wants to charge a fuel surcharge when they use specific items in their items lists - not all items will be subject to the charge, and I wondered if QBD can do this automatically when used? When I charge using an item, it will prompt me to ask did you want to add a charge to this item? Is this possible?

I can see the benefit of having the fuel surcharge applied automatically, however, since this feature isn't available, I recommend sending feedback about it to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Help menu > Send Feedback Online. For any functions that aren't directly available in the program, I recommend checking out our App Store where you can search for apps that can fulfil a particular function in QuickBooks.
